Our event space can accommodate up to 50 guests with access to an outdoor patio in the summer months and a fireplace for enjoyment in the winter months. The fenced in, outdoor space can accommodate up to 20 additional guests with outdoor tables, umbrellas, and outdoor games, such as corn hole.

The rental fee is $300 for up to 5 hours with $150 due at booking. Please note that the rental fee is not a deposit and will not be applied toward the final bill. It is a separate fee to secure private use of the space. The fee is refundable if cancellation is made one month prior to your event.

The fee includes the space, additional staffing for the size of your group, table coverings, tea lights, silverware, china, glassware, cloth napkins, bussing, set up, clean up, etc. We also are happy to provide the following upon request: PA system, chalkboard sign, 40" TV, and/or projector.
